Return Policy
- 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please log into your customer account on our website, navigate to your order history, and initiate a return request for the specific items you wish to return. Once your request is received, we will review it and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval or without requesting a return through your account will not be accepted.

Note: We recommend reaching out to us via email in any case to ensure smooth processing of your return. - Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus the applicable restock fee.
Restock Fee
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10 % of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund for all approved returns. This fee helps cover administrative costs related to processing returns and exchanges.
- Purpose: This fee ensures we can continue providing quality service and manage return logistics efficiently.
- Transparency: The restock fee will be clearly deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized accessories
- Items that have been opened or used
- Sale items and gift cards
- Any hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
